The Morning After the Night Before – just got better!
Can you resist the urge of a full fry up on Friday morning, post conference dinner, and turn instead to a ‘Breakfast Session on Lifestyle Medicine’ hosted by Dr Kay Brennan and Dr Campbell Murdoch both leaders in lifestyle medicine.
Together Kay and Campbell will facilitate two or three talks, covering key aspects of lifestyle medicine, leaving time to discuss and debate the concepts.
Luke warm sausages and bacon will be exchanged for a variety of much tastier and healthier options – omelettes and avocadoes and nuts and fruit – a low carb high in good fat breakfast!
Feel better, function better and go away with some top tips on lifestyle medicine education that will make a lasting difference to you and those you treat.
Lifestyle Medicine: improving metabolic health through food, activity and community engagement.
From 8.00am-8.50am on Friday 13th October
Chair – Dr Kay Brennan
Speakers – Professor Tim Noakes (via video link) and Dr Campbell Murdoch (Somerset CCG Lifestyle Lead)
