Physical Activity in Adolescence

The Faculty of Sport and Exercise Medicine (FSEM) UK, has published its latest position statement, Physical Activity in Adolescence.

This recent statement from the FSEM analyses the evidence associated with the effects of physical activity (PA) during adolescence on health and behaviour outcomes and includes, evidence-informed, recommendations for the amount of PA appropriate for the enhancement of adolescents’ health and well-being.
