Subscriptions

Membership is by annual subscription and fees vary by type of membership, view our fees below.

Subscription fees are paid via Direct Debit each year available with a UK bank account. (due in January or July depending on when your membership starts).

Overseas members without a UK bank account can arrange an alternative method of payment, contact the Faculty office on +44 (0) 131 527 1612 or email enquiries@fsem.ac.uk

Fellow –  £352.00

Fellow Overseas – £211.00

Member –  £275.00

Member Overseas – £165.00

Fellow or Member Maternity/Paternity leave 50% discount

Associate Member – £22.00

Retired Fellow or Member – £26.00

(Please note, there was a small increase in subscription fees, agreed at the FSEM (UK) AGM September 2017.)

No tax or VAT

Your membership subscription is tax deductible if you pay it yourself. Include your membership subscription in your annual tax return or write to your tax office with details of your subscription so that your tax code can be adjusted.

There’s no VAT on your membership fee either.

Employers paying for their staff can also record FSEM (UK) membership fees as a business cost for tax purposes.
