Equality and Diversity Survey
Faculty launches equality and diversity survey for members
The Faculty aspires to be part of a profession where everyone is equally valued and respected. In line with our commitment to improving our specialty, we want to help create an environment where everyone can thrive.
As part of that process, we believe it is important to form a better understanding of our current membership. That is why we are asking our members, to complete a short survey. All Members and Fellows of the Faculty should have received an email with a link to the survey.
If you have not received your survey link, or if you have any questions, please contact enquiries@fsem.ac.uk.
All responses will be completely anonymous, results will be stored electronically on secure servers, and will only be used for the purpose of researching differential attainment within the profession. Anonymous results may be shared with other institutions involved in equality and diversity monitoring, such as the GMC and AoMRC.
Participation is entirely voluntary, although we believe this work is vital to the continued development of sport and exercise medicine and we are very grateful for your assistance in taking this survey.
