Dr Sonia Bains
Sonia is in her last few months of Sport and Exercise Medicine specialist training, in the London deanery. She is currently working with the Defence Medical Rehabilitation Centre in Loughborough. Sonia appreciates the unique challenges of transitioning to a new consultant position within SEM. She is keen to establish a national supportive peer network and to utilise her experience of coaching and mentoring to promote a faculty mentoring scheme for new consultants.
